On behalf of the Board of Supervisors of the Marshall Creek Community Development District, the information contained herein is provided to give you a description of the District’s services and the assessments that have been levied within the District to pay for certain community infrastructure, and the manner in which the District is operated.
The District is a unit of special-purpose local government created pursuant to and existing under the provisions of Chapter 190, Florida Statutes. The public purpose of the District is to plan, finance, construct, operate and maintain various public improvements and community facilities within the District.
